Maximize Visibility and Support ChABSA

The Chesapeake Area Biological Safety Association (ChABSA) welcomes you to take this opportunity to maximize your company’s visibility and support the biological safety community at our  ChABSA Annual Scientific Symposium. Our attendees represent a broad spectrum of biological, pharmaceutical and biotechnology research, development and clinical organizations. The symposium draws biological safety conferees from academic, commercial and government sectors from the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia areas.

To maximize traffic, exhibitor tables will be just outside where the education session will take place. Tables include:

• One 6’ display table
• Two side chairs
• A side chair for each paid exhibitor representative
• Booths will have electricity available
• Attendee list

Additional Booth Personnel (before 5/1/25): $75 per person  
Additional Booth Personnel (after 5/1/25): $100 per person

Early Exhibitor Registration (by 5/1/25): $450 (Includes two representatives)  
Exhibitor Registration (after 5/1/25): $550 (Includes two representatives)
