The 2026 ChABSA Annual Scientific Symposium will be held in Building 4 (Biomedical Sciences and Engineering Facility).

Validated parking for designated parking will be provided to all attendees. You must park in the designated area to receive parking validation. More information is forthcoming.
Exhibit Hours
- 8 AM - 5 PM (Time is subject to change based upon final program changes. Exhibitors are welcome to attend technical sessions.)
Exhibit Space
To maximize traffic, exhibitor tables will be just outside where the education session will take place. Tables include:
- One 6’ display table
- One side chair
- A side chair for each paid exhibitor representative
- Booths will have electricity available
- Attendee list

Early Exhibitor Registration (by 5/1/26): $400 (Includes two representatives)
Exhibitor Registration (after 5/1/26): $500 (Includes two representatives)
Additional Booth Personnel (before 5/1/26): $75 per person
Additional Booth Personnel (after 5/1/25): $100 per person
Non-Member Pricing:
Early Exhibitor Registration (by 5/1/26): $450 (Includes two representatives)
Exhibitor Registration (after 5/1/26): $550 (Includes two representatives)
Additional Booth Personnel (before 5/1/26): $100 per person
Additional Booth Personnel (after 5/1/26): $125 per person

Special conditions
Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon receipt of payment. There are only 12 booths available. All booths have access to electricity.
